I wouldn't trade any of my SNES games except for Yoshi's Safari. But no one will take that because it requires a Superscope.
I might trade Super R-Type, too. But I wouldn't trade my vintage Super Game Boy, Mario Paint, Super Mario World, Chrono Trigger (I was offered $28 for it at the store), Final Fantasy IV, or Final Fantasy VI.
For Playstation, I wouldn't trade any of them. They're all good RPGs. I
might trade Vagrant Story, but not any of the FFs, Chrono Cross, or Lunar: SSSC (I have the special edition with the box and leather bound instruction manual and whatnot).
For N64, I don't think I would trade Harvest Moon 64, StarFox 64, or Super Smash Brothers. Even though I doubt I'll ever play it again.
