Calculator + Flare was cool, too. Not to mention the array of summons your Summoner could use. Bahamut, Cyclops, and Leviathan come to mind.
Of course there are the cool spells from Chrono Trigger, like Antipode 3 and Luminaire. In Grandia, DragonZap was always awesome, and in the various other Final Fantasies (but especially FFVI), Ultima was great. Oh, and Earthbound. PSI Starstorm, yo. Jam it back in, in the dark.
