Mmm, cookies. If I had one on hand, this would be the part where I'd put a .gif of the Cookie Monster, but alas, I have none.

Chocolate chip, peanut butter, nuts of all kinds help comprise the entire wealth of cookies out there. But a second factor makes or breaks a cookie for people: texture.

Which one do you prefer: crunchy or chewy?

If I didn't know any better, that post made it seem like chewy cookies are a commodity.
