I'd have to say finding a job. I'm 20 and I've only had volunteer work here and there, nothing solid. Well, except for a job at my high school's cafeteria but my "boss" thought I was stealing so she's a terrible reference. I don't have any money and I don't have any experience and it's becoming a very big problem.

You're only 20 and you have volunteer work experience. That goes a long way in helping you with resumes and job consideration. As for real jobs? Just act now. It's not too late. As for money? Can't you just borrow some from your parents in order to do what you need to do? You can always pay them back later.
My biggest concern is money. I'm bad at saving. I'm almost addicted to material possessions, especially DVDs. I'm also not sure if I'll ever go beyond earning $10 per hour since I lack the skills to do anything distinctive. Not knowing what I want to pursue is also a problem. My so-called 'dreams' died once I left high school, so I've been a lost random chooser since then.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
