As wrong as the cops were, I can't help but think how much better off that guy would have been if he didn't pull that Ghandi shit. If that happened at a LA high school someone would have probably pulled out a gun or started a riot. Is there not a law in California that allows the citizen's arrest of anyone committing a criminal act?
