Slight derailment for the thread, but I'm wondering something -- How is this host in terms of customer service/uptime? I have a reseller account on another hosting plan and they have great customer service (when something goes wrong, they fix it pronto) but they're VERY pricey, and I've been looking for another host for a while now. Do you know what they're like? I'd love to have another host that I could set up an anon. FTP with too.
Edit: Nevermind. Apparently this company sucks
