I guess you could say that my desk isn't really a proper desk, since it's just some sort of plank of wood resting on two small shelves. I have books and DVDs stacked up on the top of the shelf to my left, which makes it a bit of a mess since I never stack things properly.
My table is something of a mess as well. Lots of wires (controllers, external soundcard, USB cables to connect my DAP and dSLR, etc) and a large amount of 35mm film boxes and canisters (some empty, some with film in them). Some pens, pieces of paper, used tissues, change, my radio (which also serves as my speaker system), etc. I used to keep it clean and neat but I've been slacking off on that front recently. Jam it back in, in the dark.
