Hay, I own factory sealed copies of Lunar 1+2 for the Sega CD. Yeah, I love the Lunar series. How depressing that the chances of a real Lunar 3 are almost nil, and that the chances of it even being good should it ever come out are just as bad. Dragon Song pretty much clinches that the series was better off dying at 2.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
No offense, but that pretty much just reinstated exactly what I said. But thanks anyway. (Dragon Song was the DS game BTW which is why I mentioned it)

I see, I see. It was hard to tell. I'm used to people posting immediately after me and basically not even reading what I wrote in the process and thereby saying the same exact thing I said and pretending someone didn't say it before they did. (whee, run on sentence)
My mistake. It just irritates me when people do that and it's what I figured you did. Sorry about that. Also, to the above poster; you got two opinions on dragon song already. It sucks. I don't think you'll find many disagreeing opinions. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Eh, I liked the SSSC opening a lot better than the Sega-CD. I admit the Sega-CD one was more of a "oh my god" kind of thing back when I first saw it, though. I got the game when it first came out and had never had any experience with the PC engine so it was my first experience with a CD based game/console. It was pretty awesome but it doesn't fit in with the theme of the game at all whereas the remake opening felt like 'Lunar'.
After playing SSSC I could never replay the original Lunar. The remake just completely tears it apart in every regard. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
