Jam it back in, in the dark. |
... That doesn't make it harder, how?
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
It has the same effect in the long run, though. You still have less margin for error and will probably have to change your tactics to accommodate it.
I can see where you're coming from, but it isn't like they are the first, nor will they be the last to ramp difficulty in this fashion. Hell 9/10 times this is how it's done. How ya doing, buddy? |
I couldn't get any mouses to work, but my wireless logitech keyboard works just fine with it. I think some people said that a lot of blue tooth keyboards will not work though, so I'd avoid getting any of those and just go for another brand of wireless.
Not sure what you are asking exactly above, though. the 60GB has wifi so it will find and use any usb network adapters you have within range; but er, not sure what the DS or PSP has to do with it though, unless you are asking if the PS3 functions like they do, and yes -- as long as it is the 60gb version. They still sell out fast here. It really does just depend where you are, more or less. It was pretty hard to get one here without an annoying bundle deal; but I managed it. A lot of the ones I see that won't sell are because they are part of a bundle deal that nobody wants; they just want the system and maybe one or two games.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
No, ps2 games which lack progressive scan look like shit on the PS3. Maybe it's a HDTV only issue, or maybe some people are just blind to the problem; but irregardless, it is there. I still have my PS2 slim out for use until they remedy this as well. It's more an issue with shelf space for me, too -- I don't have much room for the behemoth PS3 and it's even more irritating with a ps2 and gcn taking up space too.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Anything is better than composite cords. I seriously wonder why they even package their consoles with them, and then I remember some people really do have such horrible televisions that they can't accept anything better.
We should all have a moment of silence for these people who can't afford to spend even $200 on a new tv that at least has a single s-video or component slot. FELIPE NO |
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Yeah. I do love how other people go and make decisions for other people just because they like to believe they are part of some overwhelming majority. HDTV prices are plummiting and people are jumping ship. It really won't be that long before the "majority" accept it and just go along with it. Especially with the media being so ready to embrace (and force) it on everyone and their moms.
Edit: No, it's pretty much exactly the same. PS2 was pushing DVD when plenty of people still didn't feel it was "necessary". It happens everytime, people are afraid to accept something new but they pretty much have to anyway if it catches on with the media companies out there. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
As for the rest, of course I agree, but the fact is that the media is shoving it down people's throats. It's going to come rather people want it to or not. Tech prices lower constantly, I really do feel by the end of next year people won't even remember this shit about it being too expensive. It's happened before with many other things. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
That's the funny part is a price cut isn't necessary anyway. It isn't selling because it doesn't have any fucking games. If they would get off their asses and pump some solid games out there the system will start selling no matter what the price is. I have no idea why Sony doesn't understand this. It is not a difficult concept.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
No, you are right. This demo is from very early this year. People say the E3 one was much better. I have no idea why they would release this one over that one... filesize is all I can think of.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
EGM trashed the crap out of Lair (6.0, 5.5, 5.0). I really hope Heavenly sword ends up being a lot better than a dead average game too.
'Course I know it's pointless to take them seriously anyway since they aren't the most reliable reviewers around, but it's still sad to see. mario strikers charged: 7.5, 7.5, 7.5 (LOL) blue dragon: 6.5, 7.5, 6.5 They do a good job showing how unreliable they are without anyone pointing it out on their own, but I felt it was funny that a crappy game like 'Mario Strikers Charged' scored better than both Lair and Blue Dragon. Harhar. I was speaking idiomatically. |
You're seriously starting to piss me off, either back the fuck off or crawl back in the hole you came out of. If all you want to do is fight, there are better places to to get your fix. 4chan is down the door to the right. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
It's just the demo. I can already tell you that based on the import version.
How ya doing, buddy? |
It also gives a fair boost to sharpness which helps PS2 games a lot, but can actually cause PSOne games to look quite shitty. I had to keep my composite cables around for awhile back when I still had a SDTV for games like Vagarant Story and Valkyrie Profile. I just emulate all my PSOne games now, though, since they all look like shit on a HDTV regardless of connection! :-D
