Im looking forward to FFXII. I enjoyed every single FF game I have played thus far, 9 being the weak link in the chain but everyone is allowed a mistake here and there.
Im looking forward to the fact that sky pirates are the theme! I love pirates! I also have the soundtrack and it sounds very pleasant and fitting, shame there is no solid battle theme, usually I will put the music on my i-Pod and walk around listening to it and drift off, but FFXII's music doesnt do that for me. The battle system from what I have seen looks nice, although I have no way of determining that till I try it myself. It is looking very polished though and looks set to push the PS2 to previously unseen limits. Lets juat hope its not another X-2, even though I did enjoy X-2, it just didnt feel like a FF game, more of a gimmick. The battle system in X-2 was lovely and the music was nice, but it just didnt have the ball holders that the other games have. If FFXII is anything close to VII or VIII then we are in for a nice game, and from what I have seen it has taken the best elements from the previous games and removed the worser ones. Lets just hope they have chocobo breeding again, I really enjoyed making giant fantasy birds shag to create mutant children. Fun times. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |

Hmmm, not very positive comments about the game so far. It seems Graphics > Story over all now. I wish that they would make another FF7. It was faultless in every way. They really have so much ammo to work with, but they choose to make the games they make, and X-2 was a huge let down, and now im hearing all this negativity about FF12. Im worried that they may be giving up on the FF series........ noooooooooooooooooooo!
