I gave up collecting after I realized how much bloody space it takes up. I tend to move often, and have subsiquently given up such collections as my transformers, die cast cars, models, enough lego to build a civilization, etc. I did keep a few things, GI Joe figures, GI Joe comic collection, and my star wars figures. Now I just collect MP3's and *ahm* digital media
