well it depend of what style of fight we talk for example some of my favorite fight that the character used sword or with any other weapon "Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto", "Basilisk Kouga Ninpou Chou", etc.
For other kind of fight maybe "Mai Otome" those fight was amazing the fight time that I saw it xD. Jam it back in, in the dark.
