My mom got a sourdough starter, so we can make our own sourdough bread.
 We read over the instructions to care for it and were like, "...we bought a new pet." So we named it Tortoise, and once a week it comes out of the fridge to hang out in the kitchen for awhile while mom feeds it flour and water. It produces very nummy bread, too, especially when made with cream. <3 Otherwise, my bread of choice is whole-wheat bread; for some reason, no other kind appeals to me like commercial whole-wheat. Also, it's the best with canned chili. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
