Regardless, it's strange that this comes now, considering we've all known it can do this, and they've admitted to knowing it does this for a while. I understand there's a problem with knowningly selling a faulty product, but that's not really what this problem encompasses. You can ruin a lot of things by doing stuff to them while they're operating that the manufacturers probably know about, but won't get sued over. Maybe if Live was free, the others would have to step up to plate to make their shit less ridiculously bad in order to compete on that feature set, though.
