None of the current gen ones without at least some middling piece of software, hardware, or modification.

The Dreamcast will fit your idiot bill if you're too cheap to buy things but too stupid to learn how to steal them properly.

Give me one reason I shouldn't close this outright for being a question you could answer with 4 seconds of google time. At least the DS homebrew thread had the ability to generate discussion.
