Got caught up with Code Geass yesterday, and all I have to say is: Great Britain isn't part of the Britannia Empire? What?

I hope they explain the political landscape more in the future.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

The only way this could get better is by taking Nina out along with Rolo. She's got to be the worst Britannian in the series.

Still holding out for an "it was all a geass-induced haze set by the Emperor and Lelouche is actually dying" copout ending that leads to Code Geass R3: Nunnaly of the Revolution.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

LOL Nina. As if there could've ever been a DIFFERENT outcome from that. For an Einstein, she's not very bright.

I think the latest development is totally awesome.

Spoiler:
What's a maniac like Lelouch going to do when it's him vs the rest of the world? That's gotta be exciting stuff right there. Besides, Lelouch still has his most important allies (Jeremiah/Kallen/C.C. even though she's currently on permanent moe mode) so he won't have to pull insane hax just to keep even. Suzaku looks like he's about to snap as well, which should be fun to watch. Anyone else thought he was going to ask Jeremiah to cancel out his "live" geass?

Finally Rolo bites the dust, though Sunrise just had to make him a decent guy at the end. I guess his life was just a tragedy, and Lelouch's little monologue as the next ep preview played just made me go "aww."

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Cool vid, though the omake was unnecessary. I mean, I figure people wouldn't be watching that sort of thing if they didn't already know who the characters were.

Eclipse or gg, take your pick. They're pretty much equal, so you can't really go wrong with either choice.

What an incredible ending. My only gripe is that they stuck with the default opening and a slightly changed ending animation. It would've been much more epic had they done away with the opening animation (credits over the episode itself) and presented an epilogue during the ending theme.

Thumbs up Taniguchi, you managed to pull everything together wonderfully at the end.

I was speaking idiomatically.

lololol

Spoiler:
There's already plenty of speculation that Lelouche is alive and well. Off the top of my head...:

a) C.C. is talking at the end of the episode and ends it with a "Right, Lelouche?" Given the upward tilt of her head and raised pitch of her voice, it would seem to imply that she's speaking to the driver, whose face has been completely covered the whole time. There was someone who made a graphic showing the driver's hair was the same palette as Lelouch's, but that's just way out there.

b) When Nunally touches Lelouche as he's dying, she sees all of his memories and understands just what exactly has gone on. There was a similar event between Suzaku and C.C., so it's reasonable to assume this memory exchange occurs when someone has a Code. So: Lelouche has a Code (and is thus unable to die)?

c) In the Sword of Akasha, Lelouche has a confrontation with Charles who, as you know, has a Code situated on his right palm. At one point Charles grabs Lelouche's throat with his right hand. When he disappears, neither Charles' palm or Lelouche's throat are visible. The speculation is that Charles transfered his Code to Lelouche at that time.

Of course, even if he were immortal and still alive after his stabbing, it would've been a real pain to get the body out of there with the mob incoming. On the other hand, Jeremiah is just awesome like that, so whatev.

Bored people on forums make for some very interesting at times.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

blololo gech

Spoiler:
LeLouche = RuRuushu = R.R. = R2 (like C.C. being pronounced C2)

I'VE CRACKED THE CODE LELOUCHE IS ALIVE

I don't really care if he is alive or dead, but I think it's great that there's seemingly enough evidence to go either way. Speculation about this sort of thing (as compared to shipping wars) is great.

After Nunally's amazing performance the last couple episodes, I dunno how you could claim the ending wasn't emotional enough.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
