I'm not too much a fan of beef jerky, since the kind I've had tends to be pretty tough and stringy. I'm just not fond of having to chew that much -- we are not cows with cud. I suppose my opinion might change if I had some good jerky, though.
The Chinese kind, though, that's good stuff. Can't eat too much of it though as it tends to dehydrate me quickly. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
