Have you tried contacting the phone company to trace her calls? I've researched this a bit because my ex used to have this woman call and harass me all the time. I called the phone company and told them she was harassing me. They said the next time she calls to call them and have them trace the call. However, the next time she called, I threatened to sic the police on her and she didn't do it again. Maybe threaten her with the police, too?

After you found out it was coming from Virginia, did you do a reverse lookup on it to see who it was?
