I used to have it pretty bad until I figured out what was causing it--candy and chocolate. Both were also making me quite sick after I would eat them. Before I realized what was going on, I think I used about ever anti-acne skin cleaner I could get my hands on. None of it worked. So, when I finally got around to the real problem, I dropped candy and chocolate and my face cleared up right away.
