Has anyone actually gotten to the death train on The Devil Went Down to Georgia on expert? I've beaten Lou several times, but getting to the end of the song is a hell of a lot more difficult... He kills me when I get around 3/4 of the song. ;_;

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Okay, question: I just came across this new magical drug that improves my scores called "Hyper Speed". Anyone else use it? I played around with it for a few hours last night and I boosted most of my scores by pretty significant amounts. Once I got used to the speed boost, it spaced everything out so I don't have clumps of notes I have to hit at a time, so I wasn't losing my multipliers on scaled rows of notes every 2 seconds and made it so my brain could actually process the solos. Personally, I think it's a lot more enjoyable with it on.
Quite a lot of people use it actually, since Scorehero does accept this as an acceptable mode to play with.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Quick question; is it possible to use Hyperspeed in Hard? and if so, how to do it?
You can pretty much use hyperspeed in any difficulty, though the scroll speed will pretty much differ with different difficulties. Hyperspeed 5 on Expert won't be nearly as fast as Hyperspeed 5 on Easy.

Here's the cheat. You just enter the cheat under the options menu, and make sure you strum the same time you push the frets as well.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Then again, who uses hyperspeed 5? ;_;

I'm not sure what the difficulty differences are b/w Hard and Expert, but Hyperspeed really does help quite a bit in terms of performance in Expert. Maybe you should try Hyperspeed 1 or 2 perhaps and see if your scores do improve? If all the level speeds don't work for you, then it might be an issue of not knowing the song well enough to become adjusted to the scroll speed difference.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
