From the character design of the girl and the kanji in the bottom right, my guess would have to be D4 Princess ^^.

From the character design, and the scene depicted, my best guess would be Samurai Champloo, but I'm probably wrong XD;;;.

[Edit]The character design really makes me think that this is more than likely Kouza (?) from Eps. 13-14 of Samurai Champloo.
