I am very much a fan of David Fincher's work, so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this. I don't really see him hearkening back to Se7en too much for success; it seems that films about serial killers is becoming a current trend in films anyway.
After watching the trailer, I can say that I am looking forward to it more. I found the choice of music kind of interesting there, not what one would expect out of a movie with such a theme. Actually, I'm required to see this movie for my Film Classics class. Apparently, there will be a essay question about it on the final. My teacher has a bit of a thing for Fincher. How ya doing, buddy? |
