I watched the first episode with no sound and no subs (pretty much skimmed through). The animation was indeed nice, but given my current situation I can't say anything about the story.
Geneon doesn't normally skimp on animation (see: Eureka seveN), but there's always that small possibility that this'll be one of those series where the first episode has brilliant animation but the following episodes have some of the worst animation seen in an anime (see: Speed Grapher). Let's just hope they didn't bust their budget on episode one. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
