I am in the same boat. I just finished eating some egg salad sandwiches (just hard boiled eggs mashed with some mayo) ...soo good.
I will often make a large portion of chili and then just refrigerate or freeze what I don't eat. It will last awhile. I don't have a rice cooker, maybe I should try that. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
