[General Discussion] Won’t you walk this way, walk this through.

I have quite a few guides (around 20+), most of which are just gifts from people who thought it was a good "go-along" present with the actual game. For the most part I would play through up to a certain point, than read the guide up to that point to see if I missed anything.

I guess since I'm older now I've adopted Shin's opinion on strategy guides. It's not really worth the trouble of reading an entire guide to find the 3 or 4 things you've missed anyway.

Now, for the occasional puzzle I can't do or (since I'm playing Valkyrie Profile-Lenneth right now) the ending I wouldn't be able to get on my own, I just go to gameFAQs, and make sure not to accidentally click on the "Forums" tab there.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
