Renting a 360?

So the past two weeks I have been attempting to track down a 360 to rent. So I can also rent Dead Riseing. The local Family Video store was the only one around here that rents 360's so I get in line. The guy right before me "lost" the system. I was furious. So now i'm back to the drawing board. I called up Blockbuster and asked if they rented them. To my surprise I got a jackass that laughed at me and said they have not done that for years. I rented a PSONE back in the day when they first came out. So then I remember renting a Dreamcast at Hollywood Video..so I called them.

This one is weird..the guy told me they did rent them but they would have to scan the credit card first. Which is a given. But then he backed out saying"Oh you mean system? Oh we only rent the game." Why would he want to scan the credit card to rent a game?

Now to the point. Anyone know of anywhere else (In the US) I can rent a 360?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, well i'm sure they don't do it anymore just because of what someone just did at Family Video. I don't know how you "Lose" a console. Especially when they are going to get charged around 600 bucks.. just for a 360? Thats stupid. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 so kids can't really rent them. Well if they beg the rents to do so.

If my friend (the only one that has a 360) hadn't gone back to college i'd be playing it. But looks like i'm going to have to go on the 2 hour drive to play DR. Worth it? From what I hear.. it is.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I wasn't defending anyone. I was more so calling the person stupid for either losing or saying he lost the system. Why so hostile?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
