Bad Mojo, The Dig, Full Throttle, Blade Runner, and Beyond Good & Evil seem to fit the criteria you're looking for. Basically, though, I think you're best off just looking through libraries of classic point and click adventures. (www.the-underdogs.info might be a place to check out, if you haven't already.)
