So, let me get this straight... your negative opinion of all OCR works doesn't matter because of your negative opinion of a small fraction of OCR works.
Not defending - detractors are everywhere - but someone at Capcom obviously liked this stuff well enough to include it, even though you have a right to argue that Cap don't know shinola from that other stuff when it comes to selecting BGM (using
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 as exhibit A, although I personally like that soundtrack.) This is just another way they're giving back to the fans... not all of them, obviously.
