I was in the market for a decent flash based player as well, so I ended up pre-ordering a Meizu M6 player.
Design wise, it's a rip off of the iPod Nano (whose design I like) but functionally it's better. The main selling point for me was that it's UMS, meaning you can just plug it in and add/remove files without needing any software. Also, it has a huge battery life of around 20 hours. I was looking for a big flash drive anyway for school stuff, so I figured I might as well get this thing. It's around $220 USD for the 4GB version, so it's a bit cheaper than an iPod Nano as well.
