I really liked Star Wars Episode 1: Podracer.
At the time of it coming out, I hadn't played a game that actually got across a great sense of speed, and the whole upgrading and boost system worked well. I still think it was the only good thing to come out of that movie. Also, once you unlock it, you can light other people on fire with the last pod's taunt. It wasn't just a minor singe, or like throwing hot strips of bacon at them, it was a full-fledged explosion. But by that point you've already beaten the entire game...  Jam it back in, in the dark. |
