5'8" and 147. Since freshmen year in high school I have gained 30 pounds and only one inch. So I've gone from being very skinny to reasonable. I am going ot be a college sophmore.

I have been doing track since high school. College track keeps me in good shape.

During the off season I:
- swim about 20 laps
- about 100-120 situps
- back extensions
- lift weights twice a week

I also try to eat healthy. I am a vegetarian so it is tough to get protein.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
