I don't know if this is the spanish fried rice you're talking about but this is a simple way of doing it.
Put some day-old cooked rice and oil into a frying pan and fry for a bit. Crack and egg into the middle and mix. Pour in some oregano and basil, mix and finally pour in some tomato sauce and mix. Add other ingrediants as you see fit. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
