I had been putting salt on top of everything for a while, until about a year or so when I started noticing that everything I was salting, already had a high sodium content. In fact, in seems almost everything these days has a high sodium content. But thats for another thread.
So I have cut down on spicing up foods unforunately =( the only thing I really go salt happy over is popcorn. That's understandable. If it wasn't for my family's history of high blood pressure, I probably wouldn't hold back so much. How ya doing, buddy? |
