I doubt the game can stand up to Ace Combat in terms of story or music, to be honest.
However, that Impact Cam thing looks badass. Heatseeker seems to be Burnout meets Ace Combat. Since I'm a huge fan of fast arcade-style games, I'll definitely to give it a shot. How ya doing, buddy?
