In terms of "right place, right time" this woman knew what she was doing. Apple has to bend over for her or risk looking bad for years to come.

Yes, the judge dismissing a frivolous lawsuit will irreparably damage Apple's reputation. Now I see.

To be fair, though, that's only about $37.50 CDN. You have to take global markets into account when deciding a case as significant as this.
