Charity.

Despite stereotypes about "thrifty" Jews, most of us do donate "Tzedakah" at Synagogue and other religious functions. As for me, personally, I don't donate too much, but that's only because I don't have any source of income (legitimate, anyway). I do give what is reasonable, though.
