Any weekday at 10:30 just turn on Adult Swim. Their humor is really polarizing (with their original shows, anyway) but damn is it funny if that's your kinda laugh. As someone else already said, Venture Bros. is hilarious, as is Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Other than those two, there's Robot Chicken which is hit or miss, and the bunch of licensed shows they use. The best of the bunch is undoubtably Futurama, which is great no matter how many times you've already seen it.
