Still, compare that to the 50 the US executed in 2005. The ratio of executions to population isn't even close. If I'm not mistaken, the US has one of the highest execution rates in the world, too.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

What they did by asking for his badge number was probably the smartest thing they could have done. If I'm not mistaken, an officer must produce his badge number when asked. After that, it's a simple matter of showing the video to the right people, and this asshole would go down.
