I am a lazy fish eater, I never really chopstick (can't think of the term) fish because of the thin small bones. Even as a meat, I don't rank it high.
Except salmon. Where those bones are gone or are light. It is distinctive enough in appearance (it's a soft pink) and in taste. I am used to having it done with black beans. That much I know, I have little know-how in cooking unfortunately. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
