For the past few years approaching summer, I've always aimed to work on my fitness during the summer. However after a few days it usually falls apart but this year I felt it was even more important I knuckled down and exercised more. I suffer from RSI and my health has not been the best over the past few years I am in my worst ever shape. I put on so much during the University semesters.

If it is good day then probably at least half hour spent doing football keepy ups, skipping rope, hooping. Sounds silly but I am building up gradually. My fitness is not too great usually when I do something I get cramp almost immediately. Once a week about I would play football probably for the most 2 hours. I need to get back to jogging but I haven't been able to stick to my schedule.

Not too much. There was a low point during last semester I was eating so much during studying but now I eat at the right times and I don't eat fat of the meat.

Well as I said I suffer from RSI. I'm hardly the outgoing type, the amount of times I would actually use my legs before then was almost nil, I would be on a computer all day. Now working into fitness makes me feel better, my RSI is not so severe, and I like to work a sweat. I need to think of more activities for myself to do though, during the winter it'll be wet and cold.
