I tried to mess around with MUGEN several years ago, but it was just too complicated. Seeing that video in the first post makes me want to try it out again. Is there a version that's more user-friendly?

Question about the first set of Megaman characters:
Are they actually that big when you use them or do they shrink? Because I don't want any tiny characters like those stupid Naruto ones. They look retarded fighting normal sized characters like Ryu and such. There's nowhere I can't reach.
