I absolutely love the sniper rifles in Halo 1 and 2 and Call of Duty 2. I like the quick firing rate of Halo's rifle, like the ones in the MGS series, and in CoD2, even though it's technically not a sniper rifle, there's something extremely satisfying about watching someone walk by on the lower ground, zooming in with the Kar98k and plugging them with a well-placed bullet to the chest/back.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
