Bad news for me even when the USA demo is released. It looks like several XBLA games and demos detect your ISP and won't let you download even if you have a USA/Japan account. I can't buy any of the Xbox Originals, Smash TV, Penny Arcade, Gears of War DLC, and some demos like Crackdown.
Not that I need the demo to buy the game anyways, but since i have to wait for a month for the game to arrive, I was kinda hoping to get it to warm up a little
