Well, English being my second language, I'm told that I have an accent (of course, told by native speakers). But I have also gotten comments about how there's barely an accent in my speech by a few teachers and friends too.
The part I was wondering is: Since I live in Midwest (Missouri), people in the west coast or south said I have a midwest accent, which, I do not understand the difference between midwest and west coast accents... Jam it back in, in the dark. |
