Currently when you use a Smilie such as
or you would see a small box that gives a description of the smilie. What I want to propose is that we extend that feature to a person's signature, or perhaps even the whole [img] tag.So, if we were to limit the feature to a person's signature for now, one way to go about it is to use a... Oh I don't know... A [tip] tag. Placing [tip]text[/tip] inside an [img] tag would make the text appear when you hover the mouse over an image. For example: My avatar/signature right now is Klavier Gavin, a character from the Ace Attorney series. In the signature area there is a picture of him, but nothing else. I think the formatting would go something like this: [tip=This is Klavier Gavin][img]http://blahblahblah.jpg[/ img][/tip]. So then, after implementing, by hovering your mouse over the image, you would see text pop-up that says "This is Klavier Gavin". Maybe its a bad idea, I don't know. What do you guys think? Jam it back in, in the dark.
