Two really nice deals I got:

Firefly the Complete Series normally goes for about $49.99, but I got it new for $25.00 on Amazon.com
Another nice deal was a 40GB Creative Zen Touch for $99, which is normally double that price or more. However there's a catch: It was refurbished and I recently dropped it once on accident and now some of the buttons don't work properly

I'm sure I've done a few more shrewd deals closer to what you guys said, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
