I remember where once I got infected with some sort of Status Effect once, I would return to the previous town and stock up around 20 or so duplicates of the cure.
If I have a lot of money in the RPG, I usually stock up on High Potions or X-Potions, or whatever items cures your characters, because its almost always faster then casting "Cure". Jam it back in, in the dark.
