With that out of the way, it appears we have a contender here, especially with co-operative play being part of the total package from the word 'go' (a nice touch about this is that you can see who else might be engaging a particular target). Oh, and two amusing things about the Su-35's beam-riding missiles:

For those interested: Tom Salta has been gracious enough to make available for download from his official site a trio of this game's music tracks. While the actual page can be found here, I've provided the MP3s' actual URLs for convenience (right-click, save as)...

Aside from showing off the MiG-29 and YF-23, this does give us a couple of important pointers:
Another thing I'm curious about: whether the host of a competitive match can configure it in such a way that, for instance, no special weapons are available (or, indeed, no missiles of any sort for a 'Winchester match'). Caution - large image:
The provenance of this image is currently unclear; it is believed to be a collection of the silhouettes associated with that portion of the HUD dsplaying your craft's health and weapons status. If this is indeed so, the list of playable craft is considerably larger than claimed in this official blog entry. On another note, I thought the opinion shared in this thread on the official forum might be of interest. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
