How about the Mr. Do! music? I remember spending alot of time playing that and Kangaroo in the arcades back in the day.
Also not an arcade game (and I second Duckside of the Moon, btw  ) but Gemstone Warrior is something that would be cool to see (and hear, obviously) as well.Jam it back in, in the dark.
