Yeah, because we would write stuff that made sense and wouldn't glorify Triple H like they would want him to be.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Goddamnit, wtf did he do to get fired. BLAGH. This probably fucked a few months of storylines up for WWE. GG TEDDY HART, GG. I was actually looking forward to another GOOD stable. Bah.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Daivari being released sucks ass cause they hardly used him for anything. After Hassan, he was Angle's manager, then became Lawli's manager, then just became a jobber... He'd actually be good in TNA as part of the X-Division though.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Booker T's main reason for not wanting on Raw was because of Triple H. He knew he wouldn't get a fair shake if he was on the same show as him. So what happens? When he makes the move to Raw, he's immediately thrown into a rivalry with him and ends up doing the job. It was a big reason Goldberg wanted nothing to do with the company. The Rock actually got him to sign for the year and then he developed a friendship with Steve Austin which made it a less painful year for him. (There were big rumors he was going to re-sign for another year, but that all fell through when he finally just got tired of the crap.)

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well according to something I read, ECW and Smackdown are being "merged" into a single brand soon, because Sci-Fi is probably not going to renew ECW. It's probably the smartest thing Sci-Fi has done since they love to renew shitty programs and cancel good ones (Like Dresden Files)

She's gone.

TNA has been in contact with a few recently released WWE talents. Too Cool (Scotty 2 Hotty and Brian Lawler), RVD, Booker T, Too Cold Scorpio. Kevin Nash also wants Scott Hall to come in TNA and reform the Outsiders/nWo.

Lex Luger is in the hospital after having either a heart attack or stroke while at a fanfest in California. He had it in his hotel room.

I was speaking idiomatically.

While not WWE/TNA news, this is kind of interesting in itself:

At one point, Salbury locked himself in his room. Salsbury has been hard to get an audience with all weekend according to numerous people who have had business dealings with him. At the moment, no one knows where he is and if he'll pop up again. Furthermore, there's concern about the checks he gave a number of the talents not clearing. I'm also told he may he left his hotel room this morning at 5:45 AM.

Many of the wrestlers that appeared at the San Francisco Fan Fest at the Cow Palace over the weekend received checks that bounced. We heard a report that Roddy Piper actually rode with someone affiliated with the event to a nearby bank to cash his check.

We mentioned earlier that Bobby Heenan was scheduled to have jaw surgery. He was forced to miss the Cow Palace Fan Fest and the Legends of Wrestling Fanfest in Milwaukee as a result of his pending procedure. As you might imagine, Heenan’s doctor didn’t want Heenan to fly. I believe Heenan’s surgery is scheduled for either Monday or Tuesday.

Today is the third and final day of the WrestleFanFest convention. Steve Austin is supposed to be at the event. By all accounts, he was paid in advance and is already in San Francisco. They're also holding a Ring of Honor event at the Cow Palace later today. Unless they are prevented from running the show by the venue for some unforeseen reason out of their control, there will be a ROH show in the Cow Palace today. Upon their arrival in San Francisco, ROH officials met with the Cow Palace people to make sure they would be able to run the event.

Even though approximately 100 wrestling talents were advertised to appear at this convention, this thing only drew about 200 to 300 people on Friday.

As noted earlier this afternoon, the WrestleFanFest convention in San Francisco at the Cow Palace this weekend has been an absolute mess. Many wrestlers involved with the convention had their checks bounce with the exception of some big names and TNA stars that were paid in advance. Others involved weren't even paid and the promoters of the show were spotted leaving their hotel this morning at around 5:45 a.m. according to sources. The Ring of Honor event that was scheduled to take place at 4:00 p.m. Pacific today was said to still be a go as ROH staff is at the venue. Don Frye also got into at least two altercations, with one that involved the bodyguard for Leland Chapman (the son of Dog The Bounty Hunter). Steve Austin, Joanie "Chyna" Laurer, Cryme Tyme and Vince Russo are all at the show with most being described as looking "lost" among the fans that are in attendance.
I'd be pretty pissed too if I was supposed to be paid to do an event, took time out of my schedule to have the check bounce.

Also Luger didn't suffer a heart attack or stroke. It was some rare nerve damage that caused temporary paralysis. He's expected to make a full recover.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

No it doesn't. Look homlier than Edge. :|

Also I'm going to call it now. Santino gets stunned at Cyber Sunday.

Davey Boy Smith's son looked UNCANNILY LIKE HIS DAD OMG.

Also

Spoiler:
Candice is probably hurt, the ref threw the X signal up :\ Looking at it now, she landed awkwardly on her neck. Hopefully nothing but a concussion or bruised/sprained neck/shoulders

I knew from the moment he started going on about The Condemned that it was a set-up for something between Austin. Although I admit that Monday I actually thought Jericho was going to come out, since it was almost like him debuting against The Rock.

Speaking of Jericho, looks like Stephanie has lost her mind about his return being "leaked".

Stephanie McMahon blew up before the No Mercy pay-per-view a few weeks ago regarding Chris Jericho being revealed as the SAVEUS campaign. She was really interested in keeping the return a surprise, thus was very upset it leaked. Her reaction was to run all the company cell phone records of the writing team as well as do a forensic check of their computers and e-mails.

This is not the first time this has happened, as events have lead to this in the past, but they did not find a guilty party. Some writers were using their company cell phones to make excessive private calls and they go reamed for it. Several of the writers were said to be upset because they have been under added stress recently with having to completely re-write the No Mercy pay-per-view one week before the show due to John Cena being injured. They felt it was not fair they were getting blamed for the information being leaked.

Stephanie is now talking about revising contracts that would disallow creative team members to speak out publicly and to specifically state that they don't have any ownership to their ideas. She also wants their contracts to ban them from being able to talk publicly after they are no longer with the company, about their experience with the company, or talk about the impressions of talent or anyone they met in the company. This would keep someone from going to TNA and sharing their WWE ideas.
So basically creative writing is getting fucked over again. (What else is new with this anyway) Doesn't matter that wrestling fans are a bit more intelligent than they were 20 years ago when everything was made to be "real". I think she (and the rest of the top staff) are going a bit overboard as they know that creative can keep shit secret when it's absolutely important (Hornswoggle, Rock's numerous "returns", etc.) Me, I'd be happy something like this was getting exposure. Means that PEOPLE FUCKING WANT JERICHO BACK.

So I figured I'd add this little tidbit in about Batista and his book:

Quote:
Batista's new book was released last week. It's been described as "controversial", but who knew Batista would reveal himself to be such a dispicable human being.

Here's a quote from the book that is nothing short of shocking:

Now, don't get me wrong, my ex-wife is the love of my life and I would never knowingly hurt her. However, while I was busting my butt on the road like a dog, she would sit around the house and do nothing. I mean, yeah, she had cancer, but she couldn't vacuum? And since the chemo made her "not in the mood", I had no choice but to have threesomes on the road. I mean, she's talented and I hated to see her waste her life like that when she could be a dancer, or maybe a nurse. But she's not a bad person and I take full responsibility for my actions, even though it was her fault.

Later in the book, Batista said that his wife suspected him of cheating. Batista claims he wasn't cheating on her yet, but started a "physical relationship" with WWE Diva Melina shortly after.
So.... uh yeah. I knew he was a piece of shit, didn't know that big. He made a kid cry a few months ago at an autograph signing for refusing to sign his birthday card, now blames his wife having CANCER for his reason of having threesomes.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

You know how that would look during an ex-WWE writer's interview for someplace else whereever it may be.

"So it says here on your resume that you used to be a writer for WWE?"
"Yeah, it was pretty wild."
"So what type of stuff did you write?"
"I... can't tell you that."
"What are some of your writing credits for them?"
"Oh..l well.. they're not my ideas."
"But you said you wrote for them?"
"Yes."
"So you wrote for them, but you didn't actually create anything on your own?"
"Well... yes? I mean no! I mean..."
"Next."
"Fuck. "

The writer's aren't going to be able to get a job anywhere else if the contracts get revised like that. Besides, Vince and Steph are ones to talk since DX is a rip-off of nWo.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I heard the person incharge of what gets put on USA wants Jericho's return halted until a Monday night. (She's also the person who fucking cancelled Dresden Files which was Sci-Fii's #1 show.. because it wasn't getting the demographic they hoped for...) but Vince keeps ignoring her requests...

Also USA keeps sending Vince and WWE ideas for Raw, which get trash and tossed away. Why? They're afraid that someone else's idea will be better than theirs... GG

Also, Cyber Sunday will be ass, as every PPV's been. People in charge of creative writing really need to get that bug of out their ass and start trying to get back to the way things were before. Start writing shit that meant somethin and tried to grab ratings instead of the same old crap that insults the people who watch it.

So, yeah, I barely got much of anything right...

Spoiler:

Rey beat Finley in a stretcher match?! I guess they might be thinking Rey/Batista in the near future and have to build Rey Rey up.

How did Miz win of the three? Seriously. I can kinda see Morrison not winning-people may be tired of him (and the series of matches where some are great and others not-so-great), but if he wasn't going to win, then Big Daddy V definitely should have.

At least I was right about Kennedy.

Not really going to count the MVP match given the fact that they changed gears at the PPV. Kane beating MVP is sorta old news, although peeps sure were pissed about the count out finish.

Guess Orton/HBK is going to roll into Survivor Series. I am a bit surprised because I thought for sure HHH was going to face Orton, and have a ten year re-union of the 'We love you Bret' sendoff...with HHH taking the role of Bret. I guess though HBK will work in an ironic twist of fate.

Nothing to say about Trips-Umaga.

Surprised Batista won it. But then again, I guess I should have considered his book which had just been released. He lucked out on fan reaction. While he wasn't booed out of the building, that may have been due to the hometown advantage. Taker should win the title though. It just works in so many ways. Taker's last (and hopefully long) title reign that he was suppose to get months ago. Batista's heel turn that was suppose to happen oh so long ago. Perhaps there will be a rematch at Survivor Series. Then again, maybe they are going the route of Batista-Rey Rey (although if they are smart, they will take my advice and save that for AFTER Batista loses to Taker, and starts his heel turn).

Spoiler:
If I remember correctly, Survivor Series is being planned on Orton and Umaga vs Triple H and Shawn Michaels. I think that with even Teddy Hart gone, they may try and move forward with the new Hart Foundation angle. I just don't see Triple H turning face at all anymore. Especially since Orton is heel and has the belt right now.

I was kind of disappointed with the second SaveUs promo. The first happened before a commercial break, so it was apparent it was just a promo... but the second one interrupted Lawler and aired when Raw was still live. Although I guess they were told not to make mention of it.

It could end up with Vince *trying* to screw HBK over, but instead it gets turned around on Vince (maybe Triple H comes in and screws Vince over). It's just a real...iffy thing right now, moreso I hope they decide to not turn around and make Triple H a heel and try to produce Orton as a face "overnight" at SS. Everytime I hear about a DX reunion, I get chills because I think about when DX reformed in 2002, it ended with a pedigree... which sucked ass.

I *still* think New Hart Foundation may debut. Specifically because they were talking about D.H. Smith has the H in his name standing for Hart. But eh, I dunno.

The Montreal Screwjob needs to be left in the past and out of storylines.

And it could go the other way around for the reunion. Triple H could be doing that double crotch chop and then BAM Sweet Chin Music(I will be laughing so hard..).
I actually see Shawn turning heel before Triple H. Mainly since it's been ages we've seen a heel HBK, plus who better to have a feud with a returning Jericho?

Kennedy would work as a top heel real well. He could even be bigger than Trips was. Hell, Santino could be a huge heel too like that. It's hard to tell how they're going to use Jericho. They could bring him back as face (which usually always happens no matter how the person left to begin with) or have him comeback as super-heel. I don't really care as I'd pretty much love to see a Triple H title run with him being the face for once, instead of just being face the night he'd win the title and go mega heel afterwards. :|
